My Approach: I believe in client-centered care and working collaboratively with individuals to understand their needs and develop a treatment plan. I help clients explore their stressors, gain insight into their patterns, and develop solutions. I implement an active and psychodynamic approach to help clients explore challenges and reach their goals. I integrate breath and body awareness practices.

About Me: Gabriela comes to BaMidbar after nearly a decade of work in hospital systems. Her work has included providing care to patients and families, clinical supervision, as well as working with graduate students and medical trainees. Gabriela is thrilled to be part of the BaMidbar team where she can combine her passions for mental health, Jewish identity, and community education. Gabriela is also a registered yoga teacher with specialized training in health and mental health yoga. She also loves finding time for yoga and exploring New England’s beaches and mountains.
