My Approach: I think it’s important that therapy can be a place of movement, engagement, and even fun. I am experiential in my approach and engage my clients in activities, play, challenges… anything that gets us up and off the couch. I also see my clients as the experts and work hard to hear and reflect on the wisdom that comes up as a result of their experiences.
