Feeling “burned out” is a popular catch phrase in every service field. This session explores the nuance between burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma. We will take a continuum-based approach to boundaries, and a values-based approach to priorities to understand how and where our values are serving us and hurting us. We will practice recognizing our burnout trends, and explore how to balance our needs with the needs of those around us.
