Course Details

Take a deep dive into stress and anxiety. By broadening our foundational understanding, we can learn how to regulate ourselves and help others regulate when we feel stressed or anxious. This session explores ways in which we can integrate regulation into icebreakers, games, and the fabric of camp, thereby actively supporting campers in finding wellness.
